Order Cancellation & Changes
Once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Incorrect or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or a clear manufacturing defect is found, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number along with clear photographs showing the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually and, where the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part or a genuine manufacturing defect, we will assist with an appropriate resolution.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, perfumed or otherwise used after delivery will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
